How to pay

Credit card

- Online with credit card (secure). Register, pay, download.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Delta, Master Card
( we don't currently accept any other credit/debit cards but will do so in the near furure )

Account

- Open an account. Call us if you are a business, newspaper, council or other government organisation and discuss an account with us.

You could either have a credit account - pay upfront and download what you need when you need it until your credit amount runs out.

Or you could have a download limit set by us - download what you need and we invoice you at the end of each month.

Once you have found an image you wish to download, you need to register. Choose the image size you want to download and add it to your basket. Then you will be guided through the online payment process and should be able to download your image within minutes.

Track your account

You will be able to keep track of your payments and downloads through your 'My Picture Nation'. You will be able to print off your invoices. Picture Nation’s VAT number will be on the invoice.

Refunds

If you purchase the wrong size image we cannot provide a refund. You will need to re-purchase the correct sized image. If you experience technical problems and cannot download an image for any reason, we can provide other ways for you to access the image.

Refunds will only be made at the discretion of Picture Nation.
